Name 3 things that government does well AND efficiently. Hmmmmm…..

That depends on what the goal is, doesn’t it? If the goal were to prop up non-viable businesses and slow economic growth… TARP and the “stimulus” could be considered efficiently accomplished.

Since I’d rather not be depressed this evening, I refuse to come up with 2 more things :-)

Hi Donna. I just noticed you have me blogrolled. Thank you, and I put you on my blogroll, and into my Google Reader. I can see you’ve done a lot of work on your blog. Looks good. I’ve been to Shreveport and Bossier many times. My Mom grew up in Ruston, and my beloved aunt owned Pat Goins Beauty Schools – main office in Bossier – until her death in 2006, and I’ve cousins who still live in the area. Best luck.

Thanks for the link! Gimme a holler should you visit the area.

The government works well. You could not fly anywhere without it – despite Reagan. There would be no roads, just the one you could walk over before Captain Shreve. There would be no Hoover Dam, hence no Lake Mead, hence no Las Vegas. Need I say more?

  6. Donna B. says:

Yes, Roger darling, you need to say how that applies to healthcare.
